Sometimes you just need to add a little playfulness into a life full of responsibility. It can boost your energy and mood.
A few weeks back I had a day full of meetings. I was so tired and still had one meeting to go. I decided to try boosting my energy by putting on some upbeat music and dancing. Not only did it re-energize me in the space of about 3 minutes, I felt happier and more focused for that last meeting of the day.
