What is the invitation your life is extending to you right now?
My life is currently inviting me to embrace solitude, spaciousness, disruption and uncertainty. I’ve received the prompting to let go of rigidity in favour of adaptability, to confidently embrace that I can tolerate far more than I imagine and need way less than I think. Life has extended the opportunity to connect deeply with others and let go of the fear that they are too busy for me. There is an invitation to the knowledge that there are real problems that have no easy solutions, and there are struggles of my own choice and making. In this light, letting go of the problems I create for myself seems more possible and prudent.
Life is inviting me to let go of fear, of certainty and of making plans. I am welcomed into this moment, to find joy in simple things like watching my dog dig a hole or seeing raindrops on a leaf. I’ve got the invitation to enjoy learning just for the sake of it and to stop resisting what cannot be changed. I’ve heard the calling to let go of what matters for the sake of what matters most.
