3 Tips for Managing Stress

A week or so ago, a friend and colleague of mine suggested that she thought perhaps I had gotten too comfortable with blogging. She was right. She challenged me to ask myself what courage would look like for me in this area. I knew immediately that a courageous step would be vlogging – short video blogs. I’m not sure how it will go, but I’m committed to trying for a while. I’m working on being patient with myself as I learn this new way of doing things and I’m settling into the somewhat uncomfortable feeling of not knowing exactly how it will all turn out.

One of my favourite ways to relax is to walk in the forest. This picture was taken in Tobermory, Ontario, a couple of years ago.
