Navigating the Path Ahead

(Estimated reading time 2 minutes)

This year I’ve learned that being willing to tolerate the discomfort of being new at something has increased my personal and professional capacity and changed my relationship with failure. I’m more open to trying something I previously would have avoided for fear of failure. I realized that growing feels better than stagnating even if it is difficult. I know that I want to be someone who continues to learn and grow. Knowing this about myself, gives me excitement for the future.

This post is about choosing who you want to be and how that helps you navigate the path ahead.
