For all of my adult life, I have had a significant amount of emotional and mental baggage in the area of food. I have been known to say that if I even think about trying to lose weight, I will immediately put on 10 lbs.
Twice in the past few weeks, I’ve been asked to think about the question “Who am I?” Perhaps the question is not only “who am I”, but also “who do I want to be?” Am I nurturing the parts of myself that I want to grow?
