Several weeks back, I heard someone use the term Covid-brave. She was starting to do things that wouldn’t have felt brave pre-pandemic but now felt like they required some courage. She was being Covid-brave.

It was a tough lesson. Outwardly the failure was a small one. On the inside, it was magnified. In the hour or two it took me to regain my balance, several things became clear.
